  1. 2tilapia filets
  2. 1/3 cupchampagne vinaigrette
  3. 1drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  4. 1 tbsporange peel seasoning
  5. 2 tspground coriander seed
  6. 2 tsponion powder
  7. 1 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1 tspwhite pepper
  9. 1salt

  1. 1

    Marinate tilapia in champagne vinaigrette for one hour. Rinse and pat dry.

  2. 2

    Drizzle EVOO over filets. Season.

  3. 3

    Bake uncovered at 350° for approximately 10-15 minutes or until fish reaches 145°

  4. 4

    Garnish with lime zest and minced parsley.

  5. 5

    Variations; Lemon, grapefruit, white wine, tarragon, shallots, dijon, breadcrumbs, vodka
