Ingredients

  1. 4tilapia filets
  2. 1white onion (1 wedge)
  3. 1green bell pepper (1 wedge)
  4. 1red bell pepper (1 wedge)
  5. 1orange bell pepper (1 wedge)
  6. 1 tbspolive oil
  7. 1/8water
  8. Tony chachere's original creole seasoning
  9. Garlic powder
  10. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Thaw frozen tilapia filets (if fresh, rinse to clean)

  2. 2

    Pre-heat oven to 400

  3. 3

    Add olive oil to bake pan

  4. 4

    Add tilapia filets to bake pan, using oil olive, evenly spread on each filet (top & bottom)

  5. 5

    Season each filet with seasonings (top & bottom)

  6. 6

    Cut onion & peppers into small pieces and add on top of each filet

  7. 7

    Add water to center of bake pan and spread evenly throughout

  8. 8

    Cover bake pan with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes
