Cooking Instructions

Slice the spinach and kales and mix them

Chop the onions and dice the tomatoes

Heat pan gently, the add cooking oil

Add onions let them cook till it turns golden brown

Add the tomatoes and salt

Let the tomatoes simmer then add the kales the water

Let the kales cook for about 15 mins

This sauce is vegetarian.If you're not vegetarian or on a restricted sugar diet, then switch the vegetable bouillon to chicken stock granules.
