Motichoor Ladoos Motichoor Ladoos
#deepawaliThe wors 'motichoor' literally translates to crushed pearls. These are round-shaped sweetmeat made from fine, tiny balls of besan(chickpea flour), Commonly offered as prashad. The chickpea flour globules is fried in ghee or oil and soaked in sugar syrup. The sweet, pearl-like balls are then moulded into ladoos.Motichoor Ladoo is a favourite festive treat across Bangladesh. Admit it, once you start having it, you cannot just hold back at one. These ladoo were also easy to store in the torrid temperatures, and wouldn't go baad for days. Let's cook 😊. Bengali Spice 💚 -

Motichoor Parfait Motichoor Parfait
Anybody's up for Motichoor Parfait??? Well during the Indian wedding seasons, we mostly get sweets in return for attending the wedding. Funny, isn't it?So sometime back,we got these motichoor ladoos in a family wedding that too in huge amounts. I mean how a family of 5 people can eat "5 dabbas of sweet", this is how indian traditions spoil us and make us sweet addict ,Well jokes apart, this parfait is super easy to make. I always make it once we have a lot of ladoos but you can definitely make it whenever you want. The combination of hot motichoor with chilled rabri will take you to next level.#khana Vertika Tyagi -
