Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAll purpose flour/ maida -
  2. 1/4 cupCustard powder -
  3. 1/2 cupSugar/ cheeni powder -
  4. 1/2 cupButter/ makkhan-
  5. 1 teaspoonPineapple/ ananas essence -
  6. 1/2 teaspoonBaking powder -
  7. 1/4 teaspoonBaking soda -
  8. 1/2 cupTutti frutti -
  9. 2-3 tablespoonMilk (if required) -

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 160'c for 10 minutes.

    Beat the butter and sugar powder until mixture becomes light and fluffy and add pineapple essence.

    Add the baking powder, baking soda, custard powder, maida and mix it well.

    Now mix tutti frutti in it. Make a smooth dough from it useing milk if required.

    Make a roll and add a cover with plastic wrap. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, remove the plastic wrap and cut 1/4 inch thick cookies.

    Put on a greased baking tray.

    Bake them in a preheated oven at 160'c and bake for 20 minutes.

    Take out all cookies and allow them to get cooled.

    Kids favourite "Tutti-Frutti Custard Cookies" are ready to be served!!!
