Ingredients

  1. 2 packMushroom -
  2. 3-4 Garlic - (chopped)
  3. 1Onion - medium (chopped)
  4. 1Carrot - small(grated)
  5. 1 cupMozzarella Cheese - grated or (as required)
  6. 2tbspCoriander - (optional)
  7. 1/2 tspRed chilli -
  8. 1/3 tspBlack pepper -
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 tbspOil or butter -
  11. 2 tbspAll purpose flour -
  12. 1 cupBread crumbs -
  13. Oil for deep fry Method:

Cooking Instructions

    Cut and chopped all mushroom stems.

    Heat the pan & add oil to it. Add chopped garlic and cook till it become light brown.
    Add chopped onions & cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
    Add grated carrot, 1 tbsp butter or oil & cook for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame.
    Add chopped mushroom stems, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper & cook for 2minutes.
    Add chopped coriander leaves (optional).
    Now take out mushroom stuffing in a bowl & add grated mozzarella cheese in it & Mix them well(as shown in video)
    Now take a mushroom & fill
