  1. 2 kgmacaroni
  2. 3green pepper
  3. 3red pepper
  4. 3yellow pepper
  5. 1whole cucumber
  6. 500 gviennas
  7. 1onion
  8. 500 mlhoney and mustard salad dressing
  9. Pinchsalt
  10. 1\4 cup of canola oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly cut peppers and remove seed then shop into dice shapes

  2. 2

    Chop onion into small pieces also cut viennas

  3. 3

    In a pot boil water and add pinch of salt and drizzle of canola to prevent the pasta from sticking then add pasta into boiled water and cook till it's soft then put aside to cool

    Core thick cucumber to remove all seed and cut into small parts

  5. 5

    When the pasta has cooled then add peppers,onion, cucumber and viennas then add salad dressing and serve
