I got this recipe from someone I knew in high school more than 30 years ago. I've made a few variations over the years but this is a dish that I must bring to every function. Work, holidays or whatever the case may be absolutely delicious

I got this recipe from someone I knew in high school more than 30 years ago. I've made a few variations over the years but this is a dish that I must bring to every function. Work, holidays or whatever the case may be absolutely delicious

Ingredients

  1. 3green onions
  2. 1/2green bell pepper
  3. 1/2 cupsliced black olive
  4. 1/2 cupsliced green olive
  5. 1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  6. 1 envelopea good seasons Italian salad dressing mix
  7. 1/4 cupcanola oil
  8. 3 tbspof red wine vinegar
  9. 1 boxof bow tie pasta
  10. 1/4 cupof McCormicks salad supreme

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water set aside

  2. 2

    Chop onion and bell pepper into small pieces. Place in mixing bowl add black and green olives, oil, vinegar and good seasons envelope. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add pasta and mix until pasta is coated with vegetables and seasonings.

  4. 4

    Once pasta is well coated add the salad supreme and grated Parmesan cheese and lightly mix. Refrigerate and serve once cold.
