Ingredients

30 minutes
Serving 4 servi
  1. 500 gRainbow Frozen Chicken Livers
  2. 100 mlSpur Peri-Peri Sauce
  3. 1/2Onion (Small)
  4. 1/2Green Pepper (Small)
  5. 2 teaspoonsRobertsons Chicken Spice
  6. 2 teaspoonsRobertsons Barbecue Spice
  7. 2 teaspoonsRobertsons Steak and Chops Spice
  8. 1 teaspoonBlack Pepper
  9. 1 teaspoonAromat
  10. 15 mlcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Defrost and drain water from the livers

  2. 2

    Place the livers in a bowl and marinate with brown spices and Aromat

  3. 3

    Finely chop onion and green peppers into dices

  4. 4

    Put cooking oil in a cooking pan and add onion & green peppers, fry for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Add chicken livers, fry for 15 minutes until slightly brown

  6. 6

    Add Spur Peri-Peri Sauce and black pepper and simmer for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Serve with French Roll or Garlic Roll
