Ingredients

6 servings

8 oz1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 cupSour cream
1/2 cupBeer
1 envelopeKRAFT ranch dressing mix
1 packagesReal bacon pieces
1 cupShredded medium cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients together, folding in cheese and bacon pieces at the end.
Serve with pretzels or crackers.

Drink remaining beer.

You can make this more basic by omitting the sriracha and sweet chili sauce, while adding more pickled jalapeño juice. When I found one I liked, I adjusted to my tastes and started adding things I thought would add to the flavor. I'm on a big sweet chili sauce kick right now. Not your typical cheese dip - but so tasty- I bet you will love it!

I found this recipe on a bag of bacon bits and thought it was yummy. The only thing I did different was added the whole bag of bacon bits instead of 1/3 cup and add in the dried chives.
