  1. 250 gmmutter
  2. 1boiled aloo
  3. 3green chilli + 1 inch adark (make a paste)
  4. 1 tsphaldi
  5. 1/2 tspjeera
  6. 1 pinchhing
  7. 1 tbspdhaniya powder
  8. 1/2 tspgarammasala
  9. 1/2 tspamchoor powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2 tbspoil
  12. 1 cupwheat flour
  13. Water
  14. 1 tspjeera powder
  15. 3 tbspCoriander leaves
  16. 1 tspkasoori methi

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a oil add jeera & hing then add mutter saute 1min add bolied aloo mix it well

    Add 1/2 tsp haldi powder, dhaniya powder, garammasala, mix it all & saute 2 min

    Add kasoori methi & Coriander leaves & saute then add salt saute

  4. 4

    Saute until the water evaporates completely

  5. 5

    Grind the mutter mixture into crystalline paste

  6. 6

    Take a bowl add wehat flour add haldi powder, jeera powder 2 tbsp oil & kend it & rest 10 min

  7. 7

    Stuff the mixture in the dough & make a roti

  8. 8

    Heat a pan put partha filp it over as one side is done add some butter on top

  9. 9

    Take it of from the flame put in a plate to serve with curd, ketchup, achar
