Ingredients

  1. For sabji
  2. 6potato (boiled)
  3. 4tomato (crushed)
  4. 2green chilli (finally chopped)
  5. as neededCoriander leave (finally chopped)
  6. 1 inch ginger (crushed)
  7. 2 spoonoil
  8. To taste red chilli powder
  9. To taste salt
  10. 1/4 spoonCoriander powder
  11. 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  12. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  13. 1/4 spooncumin seeds
  14. 1 pinch hing
  15. For pudi
  16. 2 cupwheat flour (dough)

Cooking Instructions

    Take a one pan and oil, cumin seeds, hing saute in a few minutes add tomato, ginger, green chilli add all spices and burn it 5 minutes.

    After 5 min add boil & mashed potato and water and boil 5 min in a low flame.

    After 5 min add coriander leave and garam masala.

    Take a wheat flour make small ball and make pudi and deep fry it.

  5. 5

    Now, ready to eat.
