Steps

Mix flour,suji,carom and oil,as needed water and knead a soft dough

Now in a wok add oil heat cumin seeds,add potato mash it and mix all spices and mix well cool it

Now make a poori size from dough,roll it and place stuffing,seal it's edges and again flatten by rolling pin,fry in hot oil till crisp and serve.
