12 Layer Vanilla Sponge Cake 12 Layer Vanilla Sponge Cake
This is a beautiful cake and looks complicated but it is really very easy. It's a straight forward vanilla sponge cake portioned out in thin layers in 12 pans. I just used foil pans . The whipped chocolate filling and chocolate glaze are also quick and simple. Best of all this cake is so delicious and always a surprise when you make the first cut to reveal all the layers! fenway

Fig/ Anjeer Sponge Cake Fig/ Anjeer Sponge Cake
Sponge Cake......perfect for birthday parties of kids. They love it! The sponginess of the cake comes from beaten egg whites and the baking powder added, plus some additional tricks to keep it spongy even after cooling. Here, I have added fig, a seasonal fruit available, but you can try with any other fruit eg. fruits which impart colour to the cake, like strawberry, mango, etc.#spongecake #birthdaycake #cake The Epicurean Feast

Classic Vanilla Sponge Cake Classic Vanilla Sponge Cake
This is the most basic sponge cake, but it tastes so moist and fluffy. For healthy reason, I replaced the butter with vegetable oil, the topping cream is whipped cream not butter cream. This could be the most healthy cream sponge cake ever, but not vegan. shuangpignon

My Signature Sponge Cake My Signature Sponge Cake
I was able to make a tall sponge cake, but was unable to make it rich and fluffy...Aiming for a restaurant taste that melts in your mouth, I read several books, took out the best portions, and was finally able to make a recipe I can be satisfied with. I wonder how many times I failed...It took me 10 years since I started making snacks to now to get this far...My husband loves sponge cake, so I wanted to succeed no matter what.①Whip at a low speed in the final stages to settle in the bubbles.②When mixing the flour in, mix it well without getting nervous. It's fine as long as you don't mix it like you're kneading it.③Stacking 2 pans together and baking it in a hot water bath will make it rich. If you don't have 2 pans, then place a heat-resistant container larger than the mold into the pan with the hot water, and then place the mold into that.④After baking, wrap it up in the mold with plastic wrap to strongly prevent it from drying out! For 18 round mold. Recipe by Sui-tousagi cookpad.japan

Fluffy Sponge Cake Fluffy Sponge Cake
This is a sponge cake I've made for a long time. If you would like a chocolate sponge cake, reduce the flour by about 10 g and add about 20 g of cocoa.Step 1: If using an electric mixer, beat on high speed until you can draw an S on the surface of the batter, about 1-2 minutes.Step 4: If the temperature of the melted butter is too high, it will remove all the air from the batter and result in a deflated cake.
