  1. 250 gmsRohu fish -
  2. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder -
  3. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder -
  4. 1 tspLemon juice -
  5. 2 tbspRice flour -
  6. to tasteSalt -
  7. Oil - for frying
  8. 1 tspGarlic paste -

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and clean the fish.

  2. 2

    Marinate fish with red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt, garlic paste and lemon juice for 1/2 an hour.

    Add rice flour into the fish and mix well.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the fish pieces till brown both the sides.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with sauces.
