Wet fried beef and fried kales

Cooking Instructions

Boil beef for 15 minutes and let all water finish

Add cooking oil and onions in the beef and stir

Add hoho as you stir then after a minute add tomatoes and stir until tomatoes soften

Add salt and a little water then cover for a while and then set aside

Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil. Stir then add remaining tomatoes and cover for a minute

Add kales and stir then add little water and salt

Cover for a few minutes until Kane's soften then turn off heat and serve with Ugali and beef
