Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchmethi
  2. 1cup green peas boiled
  3. 1carrot boiled
  4. 1onion
  5. 3green chillies
  6. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tbspoil(olive oil)
  9. 1/2 tspamchur powder
  10. 1 cuphomemade cream low fat
  11. 2Cardamom
  12. Cloves2-3
  13. 1 stickcinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and chop methi

    In a mixie jar grind onion and green chillies

  3. 3

    In a kadai add oil put cardamom, cinnamon and cloves let it crackle.

    Then add onion and chilli paste, let it cook till raw smell goes

  5. 5

    Now add ginger garlic and cook for a minute

  6. 6

    Add chopped methi leaves and stir for 1-2 mins

  7. 7

    Then add boiled peas and carrot, mix all and cook

  8. 8

    Add salt and amchur powder Cook for minute.

    Finally add well beaten cream and immediately off the gas

  10. 10

    Your methi matar gajar malai is ready to serve

    I have used olive oil, and homemade lowf at cream. Less guilt free recipe.
