Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 4egg
  2. 5 tbspdashi broth (or 5 tbsp water + 1 tsp Dashi powder)
  3. 1 tspmirin
  4. 1 tspsoy sauce
  5. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients well in a bowl

    Heat and oil a non-stick small pan (preferably a square one for Tamago Yaki). Reduce to low heat and pour in 2/3 of the egg mixture

    Mix gently in large circle and gather the egg to the corner of the pan. Turn it over

  4. 4

    Make a thin pancake like layer with the remaining egg, in the same pan and wrap it around the above. Repeat this 2-3 times till the egg mixture is all used
