Steps

Wash beans very well, parboil for 15mins

Wash beans and put back in a boiling water.

As the beans starts boiling add palm oil and allow to boil for some time.

Chop onion and pepper

Add the chopped pepper and onion, salt knorr and crayfish.

Wash and shred pumpkin leaf.

When water dries off pour leaf

Porridge beans is ready.!
