Ingredients

  1. Egusi(melon)
  2. leafUgwu
  3. Crayfish
  4. 1 tinpalm oil
  5. Stockfish
  6. Dried fish
  7. 6maggi cubes
  8. 1/2kilo of meat
  9. 6seeds of fresh Pepper
  10. 1Onion bulb

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind your egusi(melon) and crayfish together

  2. 2

    Boil your meat with onions and pepper

  3. 3

    Put the palm oil in a pot and allow to heat

  4. 4

    Pour the egusi and fry it by stirring it

  5. 5

    Put in your stock

  6. 6

    Put in your dried and Stockfish and allow to cook

  7. 7

    Put in your cut leaves and stir

  8. 8

    Add your meat

  9. 9

    Egusi is ready and can be eaten with any swallow
