Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 cupsugar or even less
  3. Yeast
  4. 2coconuts
  5. Oil
  6. Grounded cardamon

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare your coconut n make two parts coconut milk,the first should be very thick add in the yeast,second just 2 cups light coconut milk

    Take flour,sugar,cardamon mix,add in the thick coconut milk n yeast.mix together..

    Start adding the 2 cups coconut milk lil by lil until its well mixed,kneed properly,

    Add warm oil.Continue kneading for like 15 mins,the secret of good mahamri us in kneading.

    Make small balls & let them rise.

  6. 6

    Heat oil.roll the balls you made.Cut into 4 quarters.

    Fry your mahamri in medium heat.

  8. 8

    Serve with tea
