Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 8 cupsfried groundnut (blended into power form)
  2. 2 sachettomatoes paste
  3. 1 kgbeef
  4. 1medium size stock fish
  5. 1medium size stock fish
  6. 2seasoning cubes
  7. 10medium fresh pepper (blended)
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 8 tspcrayfish
  10. Cow skin

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your beef,stockfish,cow skin,and smoked fish with warm salty water..

    Put in a pot and seasoning with onion,maggi,salt,and pepper..cook for 15min

    Add your crayfish to the boiling stock

    Add your groundnut and stir very well till there are no lumps..reduce the heat to be very low

  5. 5

    Stir and pour in your tomatoes paste...stir for 15min and top in water if necessary..

    Cook till a thin film of clear oil appears on the surface..

    Your groundnut soup is ready..serve with any sallow of your choice
