Cooked this up thinking I was going to be eating alone while my boyfriend was working. The idea was have a nice quick meal for one ready while having enough for someone else to be able to reheat. But also wotks great as a side dish.

Cooked this up thinking I was going to be eating alone while my boyfriend was working. The idea was have a nice quick meal for one ready while having enough for someone else to be able to reheat. But also wotks great as a side dish.

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbPork cubes (used for stew)
  2. 1Teriyaki sauce for marinating
  3. 1Rice (I think white rice taste best)
  4. 1 canPeas

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pour some teriyaki sauce in a container with the pork to marinate. Best if given at least an hour to marinate

  2. 2

    After marinating, cook the pork in a skillet pan to desired tenderness

  3. 3

    While the pork in cooking, broil enough rice for appropriate serving size. Also cook the can of peas in a seperate pot

  4. 4

    Once the pork is cooked to desire tenderness, cut the cubes into smaller pieces

  5. 5

    Mix everything together and enjoy!!
