Cooking Instructions

Pan fry the apples in one table spoon of butter.

Add cinnamon sticks.

Top up with mixed peels.

Add the sugar

Continue tossing for a minute or two.

Add cinnamon (ground) and remove from heat.

Use your sugar paste or pie crust paste.

Top up with apples from pan.

Put in oven at 180 for twenty minutes. Until evenly browned

Serve warm with ice cream.
