  2. Cooking oil
  3. Onions 1hd
  4. Salt
  5. 2green pepper
  6. Black pepper
  7. Tomatoe puree
  8. Dania

Cooking Instructions

    Boil matumbo about 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Dry matumbo completely

  3. 3

    Add onions into cooked oil then add matumbo cook about 5 mint

  4. 4

    Add tomatoe puree and black pepper stir for two mint

  5. 5

    Add salt and Dania then add little water,cover it about 7mint to cook
