Double Braided Chocolate Banana Bread

Cooking Instructions

Prepare all your ingredients. Put all your ingredients in a bowl and form a smooth dough

Divide your dough into two.. One should be a bit smaller

Let your two pieces of dough rest and proof till it doubles in size.

Roll out your dough... The one without cocoa....

Roll out the chocolate dough and it should be smaller than the first one

Place the dough on top of each other.Place your banana slices at the middle and make some slits

Start braiding your bread starting with the chocolate dough

I made this with the remainder of the dough...different designs are allowed

Let the dough proof for another few minutes. Apply some egg wash and put it in a preheated oven (180 degrees C)

Let it bake for about 25 mins or till golden brown
