Chicken Curry Chicken Curry
My husband requested this dish so I tried it out. I managed to cook this in a short time -- it was surprisingly easy!-Please simmer the chicken until it becomes tender. Please skim off the scum!-I use spicy curry roux for my family. If you are using sweet curry roux, add ketchup to your liking.-I recommend adding heavy cream or coffee creamer to make the taste mild. Hamburger Patties, Better Than A Restaurant? Hamburger Patties, Better Than A Restaurant?
I perfected this recipe over many years for my daughter who didn't like hamburgers! Now, she says "it's better than restaurants". It's all down to the yakiniku sauce though.- I think the flavour of the meat is better if you don't knead the ground meat too much.- The flavour is brought together by the yakiniku sauce, but this burns easily so watch out!- You don't need to fry the onions!- In Step 2, an alternative is to put it all in a plastic bag to mix it up! That way you don't have to dirty your hands. Recipe by yamita cookpad.japan -
Simple Spinach, Milk and Cheese Soup Simple Spinach, Milk and Cheese Soup
I made this with what I had on-hand at the time. I love cheese so I use quite a lot in this recipe. The ingredient quantities are easy to remember since the milk, stock cube and cheese quantities are all "4"s.Be sure to being cooking the onions before adding the spinach, and continue to cook until the onions are soft. It's okay if some liquid remains in the spinach after pressing. If you don't have Krazy Salt, just use regular salt. Recipe by Milk to Cocoa to Momo cookpad.japan -
