  2. 1 packetsevai
  3. 50 gmsmixed nuts
  4. 1/2 ltrmilk
  5. 2 cupssugar
  6. 4-5saffron strands

    Take ghee in a pan. Add sevaiyaan & roast them to brownish red. Keep aside. In same ghee roast dry fruits & keep aside. In another vessel bring milk to a boil. Add sugar & reduce milk to almost half till sugar dissolves completely. Add saffron strands by mixing in 2 tbsp of same warm milk. Mix dry fruits in milk. Add sevaiyan. Bring to a boil & serve hot. U can also cool in refrigerator & hv chilled.
