Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupbeaten rice (poha)
  2. 2 1/2 cupcow's milk
  3. 2 tbspsugar or jaggery or(as per taste)
  4. 2 tbspmix dry fruits powder.(almond and kaju)
  5. 1/2 cupfinely chopped fresh fruit (any kind of one fruit..)
  6. Like banana, apple or u can also use dates
  7. I have used apple
  8. 1 Pinchcardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    First wash poha properly and soak with water for 10-15min.

  2. 2

    After 15min.in a mixing jar add soaked poha and chopped fresh fruit with 1/2 cup milk and give it a fine spin.

    Meanwhile take a nonstick pan add 2cup milk and bring it to boil.

  4. 4

    Add cardamom powder and dry fruit mix powder and continuously stir for few minutes.

    Add poha and fruit mixture in the boiled milk pan.keep stiring by scraping the sides on medium to low flame..

  6. 6

    Cook for about 4 to 5 min on low flame..Or till it gets thick.

    Let it cool.

    Poha mix fruit phirni ready to serve.
