Ingredients

  1. 1 lbbroccoli florets
  2. 3 TOlive oil
  3. 2 TItalian bread crumbs
  4. 2 tParmesan
  5. 1 tkosher salt
  6. Chicken bullion

Cooking Instructions

    Prep broccoli. If fresh cut into bite size pieces and go to next step. If frozen boil water (add chicken bullion for added flavor). Add broccoli and drain once a boil is achieved again. Cut into bite size pieces.

    In a bowl pour olive oil over broccoli and mix up. Sprinkle bread crumbs, Parmesan, and salt over top. Mix again.

    Spread mixture onto a baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Bake 20 minutes in a preheated oven set at 450.

I did large batches and started with frozen most of the time. I boiled the water than put frozen florets into the boiling water to blanch them then drained their immediately after it started to boil again a d I also rinsed them in cold water to stop the cooking process. You can shorten the oven time and the decrease it to 425 or 400. I liked 450 because I like the florets to be crispy. If your florets are small definitely turn down the heat and maybe check them 19 minutes in. Apologize my instructions burned them 😢
