Broccoli florets
to taste Olive oil
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
to taste Minced garlic
to taste Fresh lemon juice

Toss broccoli with lots of olive oil and salt and pepper. Think potato chips.

Heat oven to 400.

In one layer arrange the broccoli on a cookie sheet and roast.

When broccoli is singed, serve with freshly minced garlic and a squirt or two of lemon.
