Easy Chocolate Fondant Cake for Valentine's Day Easy Chocolate Fondant Cake for Valentine's Day
I came up with my own easy and tasty version after trying out several different recipes.I used 5 cm diameter / 4 cm high molds for baking. If you use smaller ones, reduce the baking time to 5 - 6 minutes and check if they are done. Freshly baked ones are best, but if they are cold you can reheat them in the microwave for 20 - 30 seconds to get them warm, soft, and creamy again. Recipe by Konatsu mama cookpad.japan -

Sakura Roll Cake with the Fragrance of Spring Sakura Roll Cake with the Fragrance of Spring
I wanted to eat a sakura-flavored cake, and was wondering about how to go about making one. I referred to a couple different recipes on Cookpad for inspiration. You just mix the powdered sakura leaves with the flour, so you can use whatever cake batter you like. I wanted to bake the salted preserved sakura leaves into the cake, but was unsure where the top would be when I rolled it up, so I just stuck them on. I don't have any red food coloring, so it doesn't look too much like sakura, but it sure tastes like it. I think people that like sakura will take a fancy to this cake. Domed Cake with Matcha Mousse Domed Cake with Matcha Mousse
I found it great fun to make dome cakes, so I thought up this one.If you over-whip the cream at Step 1, it won't mix properly with the matcha, and may form lumps, so be careful. (I've done it myself.) For 18 cm [7.1 in] diameter round cake. Recipe by Rearea cheese cookpad.japan -
Light Mousse Cake with Peach Light Mousse Cake with Peach
I wanted use up the peach compote and spongecake I made.I made a spongecake with a 18 cm square cake tin with a quantity of batter for a 18 cm round cake tin. I sliced the sponge to make this mousse cake.3 slices of spongecake cut 1 cm thick will be enough to make this. You can use any cake mould to make the sponge cake and just line the mould with sliced sponge cake. Recipe by Pu-kosan cookpad.japan
