Easy Chocolate Fondant Cake for Valentine's Day Easy Chocolate Fondant Cake for Valentine's Day
I came up with my own easy and tasty version after trying out several different recipes.I used 5 cm diameter / 4 cm high molds for baking. If you use smaller ones, reduce the baking time to 5 - 6 minutes and check if they are done. Freshly baked ones are best, but if they are cold you can reheat them in the microwave for 20 - 30 seconds to get them warm, soft, and creamy again. Recipe by Konatsu mama cookpad.japan -

Melt-in-your-mouth Gateau au Chocolate Melt-in-your-mouth Gateau au Chocolate
I wanted to make a thick gateau au chocolate that wasn't too rich or heavy, so I omitted butter. I also didn't use flour, and baked it at low temperature in hot water and was able to make it soft. The secret trick to its tenderness is baking in low-temperature hot water.Bake it nice and slow.Let it sit overnight and the flavor will settle, making it even more delicious.During the cold seasons, you can leave this out at room temperature for about 2 to 3 days. Easy Gâteau au chocolat Easy Gâteau au chocolat
I was asked to prepare a recipe for cakes to give away for Valentine's Day.It's slightly small so that a couple could finish the whole thing together.I used 2 chocolate bars that weighed 60 g each. When chopping up the chocolate, do so on top of the sheet that the chocolate came with. It takes no effort if you flip the chocolate over and chop it up diagonally. If it's to be served the following day, keep it in a plastic bag to make it even more moist. It also might be easier to use a cake pan with a removable bottom. Recipe by jun jun cookpad.japan -
Melt-in-your-mouth Molten Chocolate Cake Melt-in-your-mouth Molten Chocolate Cake
I made these to suit my liking for subtly sweet desserts. I tried to come up with a recipe that could be made with 1 bar of chocolate and 1 egg. The photo above was taken awhile after the cakes came out of the oven so the chocolate's started to harden, but when just baked they're much gooier.Bring the egg to room temperature before using. Be careful not to over-cook, otherwise they'll just become regular chocolate cakes. If making for adults, do try adding in a teaspoon of Cointreau, rum, etc. Recipe by milkcrown cookpad.japan -
