Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupwhole green moong
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1cucumber chopped
  5. HandfulCoriander leaves chopped
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  9. 1/4 tspChat masala
  10. 1/4 tspCumin powder
  11. 1lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Take 1/2 cup moong daal soak overnight and in the morning strain the water

  2. 2

    Now keep in soft malmal cloth in dark place like inside microwave

  3. 3

    In the evening sprout will be ready

  4. 4

    Now put in pressure cooker to give 2 whistles adding 1/2 cup of water

  5. 5

    Cool the sprout and add all masala and lemon juice serve it as breakfast or when we feel hungry we can enjoy yummy healthy and tasty salad
