Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1 cuppowder sugar
  3. 1/2 cup ghee
  4. 1 tablespooncardamom powder
  5. 1 tablespoonkishmish

Cooking Instructions

    In a kadai melt the ghee and add besan stir fry over low heat it take 30 minutes to cooked

    Colour should be light brown then off the flame so mixture completely cool

  3. 3

    Add the sugar and cardamom powder and mix well by open palm

  4. 4

    Make shape like ball

  5. 5

    Decorate the top of each ball with kishmish
