Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsfenugreek leaves or meethi patta
  2. As neededsoft cotton cloth
  3. 1Dish or tray to spread the leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Remove all fenugreek leaves from the stem we will only be using the leaves and will discard the stem.

    Now wash it properly under running water and strain it in a strainer

  3. 3

    Keep aside until all water is discarded from the leaves

  4. 4

    Now spread a cotton cloth on the tray and spread the leaves evenly and allow it to dry under the sun for 2 days.

    You can crumble the leaves with your hands and store it in air tight container away from moist and humidity.

    You can also microwave on high for 5 mins spreading the leaves on microwave safe tray.

  7. 7

    After the desired time keep for Another 10 mins (standing time) do not remove the tray once completely cooled store it in air tight container.
