I saw a video of a lady making this because her kids requested that she tried making it for dinner. My kids love ramen noodles but I don't give it to them often so they were excited to try this. Its not expensive to make and its pretty easy to make as well. I've changed her recipe a little to my liking. It may not be very healthy but its a unique way to use ramen noodles when my kids are craving it and it gets my kids to eat their vegetables on a budget that's really tasty.

I'm not sure if you've noticed,but I am a huge fan of hot/spicy food. If is not HOT is a No No for me, however you have the option to be a pro chilli or non pro 😂 my addiction is so bad that I carry small hot bottle sauce in my hand bag each time I'm informed or taken out to a restaturant "I got hot sauce in my bag swag" says Beyonce 😂😂😂 this dish is one of the popular traditional meal consumed in Australia if you live with your grandmother that is. Is made in different ways using either pasta, potatoes, beans--i have customised this recipe to make it mine and add my own twist to it. Hope y'all enjoy it as much as I did😄😘

This is my favorite dish to make for potlucks or any place where there will be lots of people gathering. Everyone always loves it & it's the first dish to disappear. It's cheap to make & you can change or add whatever you like. Great for busy days when you need to feed the family quickly, lazy days or rainy days. Leftovers taste awesome. Very easy.Happy Eats!!

Kid friendly meal that they will enjoy. Comfort food

Very easy to make and a satisfying winter meal! However next time I make this I will add a tin of baked beans as well as using garlic bread rather than plain bread.

My lovely mama used to make this dish for us just about every weekend. She would change it up now n then but this version is the very first! Now I carry the tradition on with my kids in hopes that they will do the same!

So this is loosely based on a lasagna recipe from food.com, and I've revised it to make it more convenient and my kids always eat this without arguing about it

I was actually going to make something else that is similar to this , but instead I mixed that recipe with my husband's nacho recipe. The kids loved this so much that they didn't leave any leftovers ! I will have to post the recipe that I combined my husband's nacho recipe with. The kids didn't want any toppings, but they said next time they will. I added black olives to mine .

Bought a 20 pack of sausages and didn't know what to do with them.

This has all the yummy flavors of classic stuffed peppers, but with much less hassle. And if your kids are picky as mine can be sometimes, then this will be a bit more appealing to them than a whole stuffed pepper. Because it uses brown rice, it does take a bit longer to cook, but it's mostly hands off time. You could also use quinoa or long grain white rice, just adjust the cooking time.
