  1. 4Idli cut in cubed
  2. 1Chopped onion
  3. 1Chopped capsicum
  4. 1/2 tspChopped garlic
  5. 2Chopped green chilli
  6. 1/2 tspChopped ginger
  7. 2 tbspTomato ketchup
  8. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  9. 1/2 tspVinegar
  10. 1/2 tspSugar
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 2 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add onion,garlic,ginger and green chilli together.

    Cook till onions are transparent.

    Add the capsicum and stir fry for one mins.

  5. 5

    Allow it to remain crunchy

  6. 6

    Add tomato sauce,soy sauce,vinegar,salt and sugar and saute for one to two mins.

    Add cubed idli and mix well.

  8. 8

    Cook on a low flame.

  9. 9

    Serve hot.
