Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlpoha
  2. 2onions
  3. 2green chilli
  4. 1 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1/2 tsphaldi
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 4-5curry leaves
  8. To tastesalt
  9. as neededOil
  10. 2 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash poha and keep aside

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds green chilli and curry leaves and crackle

  3. 3

    Add spiced onion and saute it

  4. 4

    Now add haldi red chilli powder salt and poha mix well

  5. 5

    Cook on low flame for 5 min

  6. 6

    Add lemon juice and serve hot
