Ingredients

  1. 1 tspgrated Ginger
  2. 4-5Garlic Cloves crushed
  3. 1Green Chilli seeded and finely chopped
  4. 2medium Onions, finely chopped
  5. 1/2 bowlpeas
  6. 1large Tomato, finely chopped
  7. 1medium Capsicum, finely chopped
  8. 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  9. 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  10. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  11. 1 tspCoriander Powder
  12. 2 tbsp Milk
  13. 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  14. 1 1/2 tbspOil
  15. 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
  16. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan on medium flame add cumin seed, grated ginger, crushed garlic and chopped green chilli soute for a minute

    Add chopped onion and soute untill it translucent about 2,3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomatoes peas and chopped capsicum stir and cook untill they turn soft and oil start to separate

  4. 4

    Add all dry masala and mix well

  5. 5

    Add milk mix and cook fr a min. Now add crumble paneer and lemon juice

  6. 6

    Mix and cook for 2,3 min. Now turn off the flame and garnish it with Coriander and serve with roti or parantha
