  1. 1 bowlbesan
  2. 4 tbsp coconut powder
  3. 1/2sugar
  4. as neededghee
  5. water (as required)

    Prepare a thin batter with besan and water.

    Heat ghee in a pan Fill the fryer or strainer with the batter.

  3. 3

    Position it over pan and drain bundies in hot ghee by hitting the strainer on side of the pan.this process should be finished very quickly.

    Fry them to golden clour and remove form ghee

  5. 5

    Now prepare sugr syrup and mix bundies and coconut powder.

  6. 6

    After 10 minutes prepare round balls with moist hands.
