1 cupchana Dal
1 cuprice
4 tbspDesi ghee
1/2 tspjeera
As per taste Salt, black pepper
As neededWater

Steps

Take a pressure cooker add washed chana dal and 3 cups water bring one whistle,then add washed rice and bring two whistles.

Take a pan add desi ghee jeera saute few minute then add salt, black pepper.

Pour the tadka in the khichdi and mix it well.

Serve it with ratia.
