masa the best,and my favorite

Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsemolina
  2. 1 1/2 spoonactive yeast
  3. 1 teaspoonsugar
  4. 1/2Salt
  5. Onion
  6. Baking powder or potash
  7. Warm water
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl,add semo

  2. 2

    Add yeast and mix with warm water,until become smooth.

  3. 3

    Then keep in a warm place so that it rises 1-2 hours

  4. 4

    After it rises,put sugar,salt,onion,baking powder or potash any one you like and little warm water and mix again

  5. 5

    Put oil in masa pan,pour it and fry,turn the other side and fry until it become golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoyed your semolina masa with any kind of stew you like
