Ingredients

  1. piecesPumpkin cut into big
  2. Pumkin seeds
  3. Olive oil
  4. Black pepper
  5. Butter
  6. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take the pumpkin, wash and cut into big pieces. Remove the seeds and wash.

    Washed pumkin seeds

    In a pot steam the pumpkin(i did not skin the pumpkin) and the pumpkin seeds.

    Add alittle salt.

    Don't over cook them. We want cooked but firm

    Drain the excess water and pat dry with kitchen towel

  7. 7

    In a non stick pan, put butter and a little oil

  8. 8

    Start by placing the pumpkin seeds

  9. 9

    Turn and sprinkle alittle black pepper. Mine were almost burning. Careful not to burn yours.

    Place the pumpkin and it's seeds and let the pumpkin seeds brown.

    Serve hot with or without the pumpkin seeds
