Ingredients

  1. Njahi
  2. Potato
  3. Carrot
  4. Onion
  5. Tomato
  6. Tomato paste
  7. Water
  8. Oil
  9. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel your tomato and chop them in cube shape, wash them then sock in a very hot water, after 10min rinse it with a cold water to stop cooking

    In a sufuria put oil then add your chopped onion, carrot, njahi and mix them, let them cook

  3. 3

    Crate your tomato and to your cooking food, mix them then add little water and tomato paste,

  4. 4

    When almost ready add your potato and some little bit water, let them cook them serve while still warm
