4 servings

3 cupmaize
1 cupflour
1 spoonyeast
1/2salt
1/3Sugar
Onion
1/3baking powder
Water
Oil for frying

Steps

White maize

Remove the back,wash,let it dry

Grind it and sieve it,

After sieving,add flour, yeast,salt mix together with water allow it to rise for 1 to 2hour

After it rises,put sugar, onion and stir it

Heat the masa pan and fry.

Enjoyed masa maize
