    Peel the potatoes and wash them set aside.

    Mix flour, garam masala, salt with 1 cup water, Add in chopped corriander.

    Measure I plate full of potatoes, pour in the mixture.

    Heat the oil & drop the potatoes one by one & leave room for them to cook evenly.

    Garnish with tomatoes.
