Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, sift the flour,baking powder,salt and sugar.

Make a well in the center and pour in the milk,egg and melted butter;mix until smooth
- 3
Heat a fraying pan over medium heat.
- 4
Pour the batter onto the pan using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake
- 5
Fry both side. until golden brown or your desire colour.
- 6
Note. I didn't use oil in frying this pancake....I used non stick pan....don't let the batter to be watery.try and tel me the result.

Serve with syrup,fruits,chocolate,ice cream etc or anything of your choice,
