. Paneer is a versatile ingreadiant. It’s rich in proteins and high on taste! Parathas are a favourite Indian dish that can be had for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Paneer stuffed parathas are scrumptious & wholesome dish for kids & adults alike.
On Dussehra fasting days the ladies of our family gather around and make these parathas for everyone to enjoy. Just 2 of these will keep you full the whole day! If you try my recipe do share your cooksnaps with me!

Ingredients

20 mins
8 parathas
  1. For the Paratha dough:-
  2. 2 cupswhole wheat flour
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspghee
  5. Warm Water to make dough
  6. For the paneer mixture:-
  7. 200 gmspaneer
  8. 1 tspjeera
  9. 1 tsppepper powder
  10. 1&1/2 tsp salt
  11. Oil/ghee to fry parathas
  12. Butter & coriander to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix together the wheat flour, salt, ghee. Mix in warm water. Knead well for 5 mins. Apply 1/2 tsp oil over it. Cover dough with samp cloth or cling film and rest for 10 mins.

    While the dough rests, make the paneer mixture. Mix together crumbled paneer, paper, salt, jeera well and form into small balls.

    Make balls from the paratha dough. Press it flat on your palm and place the paneer balls in the centre. Cover it up and roll flat into paratha shape. Make it slightly thick.

    Finally place on tava and fry both sides with ghee or oil on low flame. Remove from pan and serve hot with some butter & fresh coriander on top.
