Ingredients

  1. 3/4th cup of quinoa
  2. 1avacado
  3. 1 tingarbanzo bean
  4. 1/2onion
  5. 1/2English cucumber
  6. 1 handfulchopped spinach
  7. Dressing-to 2tbsp olive oil add salt, pepper,red chili flakes, 1 lemon (juice)

Cooking Instructions

    Chop all the vegetables & add cooked quinoa

  2. 2

    Make a dressing in a separate bowl & then add to the salad.

  3. 3

    Mix it well & enjoy. refrigerate for 30 mins if u like it to be cold.
